But when it comes to coupling equipment and different accessories, there are solutions that can make your customer even more satisfied. ## ADDED VALUE CAN IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION There are different ways to get more out of the selected coupling solution. For example, there are solutions that reduce the service needs and the operating costs, and solutions that increase the service life, thus reducing the total cost of ownership. There are also accessories and solutions for function as well as appearance, which could be absolutely crucial for a customer with special wishes or needs. Your customer may not even know that these solutions are available...  The added values that you can give your customer by presenting smarter solutions can make your customer even more satisfied.
