Elmia Lastbil in Jönköping has once again come to a close, and all of us at VBG would like to extend a big thank you to all bodybuilders, hauliers, transport companies and industry colleagues who visited our stand during the four days of the exhibition. With a total of 31,450 visitors attending the event, there were plenty of valuable meetings, interesting discussions and opportunities to share experiences and ideas about the transport solutions of the future.
One of the key highlights at our stand this year was the increased focus on High Capacity Transport (HCT). Through both communication and demonstration material, we showed how VBG products are designed to meet the increasing demands that HCT vehicle combinations place on safety, performance and operational reliability. Interest was high, and many visitors wanted to learn more about how the right coupling solutions can contribute to both more efficient transport and increased profitability.

We also presented an important new development within our safety offering. VBG Driver Assist can now also be installed on tractor-trailer combinations, allowing more vehicles to benefit from the system’s functions for increased safety and driver support in daily operations.

Although VBG’s shunting coupling was launched last winter, it is still a relatively new product on the market. During the exhibition, we saw strong interest from both hauliers and bodybuilders who wanted to take a closer look at the solution and discuss the opportunities it can create in different types of transport operations.
At our stand, we also showcased the next step in our upcoming drawbar concept. The new generation is being developed to handle even higher performance requirements and meet the transport demands of the future. Development and testing are ongoing, and the response from visitors was very positive.

For transport operations where safety and regulatory compliance are essential, we also presented a new ADR-approved electrical connector. The product has been developed to meet high standards of reliability and safe operation in demanding environments.
Onspot, VBG Truck Equipment’s automatic snow chain solution, was also represented at the stand. During the exhibition, Onspot Electric was launched – a completely new system specifically developed for lighter trucks. With the new electric solution, it is now even easier to improve traction and safety when driving in winter conditions.

Once again, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit VBG at Elmia Lastbil. Your questions, feedback and discussions are valuable to our continued development work.
If you have any questions about the products or would like to learn more about our solutions for HCT, safety and efficient transport economy, you are very welcome to contact us.
We are already looking forward to the next opportunity to meet and continue discussing the future of transport together!
